We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Perfect for a little added storage, when space is limited, quality is above average (not cheap looking - reasonably strong - craftsmanship medium quality).
NOTE: It is smaller than it looks in the picture - use the measurements as a guide!
It tends to be top heavy and could fall over if loaded improperly!
Finish is OK, and it is very portable/convenient.
As a storage add-on with limited space available, it does the trick.

I called the company to complain about the poor quality control used in manufacturing the bookshelf. I was told that the manager in charge of quality control works abroad and that I could not reach him.
The company could have replaced defective parts or Accent Furniture Direct could have replaced the whole bookcase, but that would have been problematical in either case.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and the bookshelf arrived in as good a condition as the retailer received it in.
